    Updated Refund Policy — SAMSUN
Effective date: October 3, 2025
1) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the charge date by emailing `vince@11town.xyz`.
2) Refund Amount (credit-adjusted)
- Refunds are not for the full charge; they are the amount after deducting the value of any credits used within the platform during the applicable period.
- Calculation:
  - Subscriptions: (Plan price for the period ÷ total credits included for that period) × credits used.
  - Top-ups/add-ons: posted price per credit for that top-up × credits used.
- If the calculated deduction equals or exceeds the amount charged, no refund is due.
3) Exceptions (Our Error Only)
- Full refunds may be issued for duplicate charges or clear system billing errors on our side.
4) Timing
- Approved refunds will take 45 working days to process from the date of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
5) Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
- For charges within the last 30 days, the credit-adjusted refund rule above applies.
- No refunds after 30 days from the charge date.
6) Chargebacks
- Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be investigated and, if confirmed, refunded.
7) How to Request
Email `vince@11town.xyz` within 30 days with:
- Account email used
- Invoice/transaction ID
- Charge date and amount
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot or bank statement snippet)
