Terms of Service — SAMSUN Effective date: October 3, 2025 1) Agreement to Terms By accessing or using SAMSUN (the “Service”) at `https://11town.xyz` and its subdomains (e.g., `https://app.11town.xyz`), you agree to these Terms of Service. 2) The Service SAMSUN provides AI-powered tools to create and manage content. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. 3) Accounts & Eligibility - You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). - You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. 4) Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes - Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. - Fees are charged in accordance with your selected plan. Applicable taxes may apply. - Refunds follow our Refund Policy. 5) User Content & AI Outputs - You retain rights to content you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, to AI outputs you generate. - You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content and outputs to provide the Service. - AI outputs may be inaccurate or non-unique. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs lawfully. 6) Acceptable Use Do not use the Service to: - Violate laws or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, and publicity rights). - Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. - Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Service. 7) Intellectual Property The Service (excluding your content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. 8) Third-Party Services The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., AI providers). Your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. 9) Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 10) Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. 11) Indemnification You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your content/outputs. 12) Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections survive termination. 13) Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by posting an updated version with a new effective date. 14) Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SAMSUN operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules. 15) Contact Questions?
